NYE in Paris

 Bon Année!  The hubs and I are back from Paris!  Can I just tell you how much I love that city!?

Everywhere you turn there is something beautiful to look at.

It's simply a magical city.

We visited Notre Dame Cathedral again, which is always stunning.

Afterwards we walked over to the nearby Love Locks bridge...

where we, of course, had to add our own lock, throwing away the key into the Seine River below.

The holiday season made Paris even more magical than usual.

Louis Vuitton had spectacular holiday windows filled with a menagerie of dancing animals and fabulous wares.

We made our first trip to the Louvre and, admittedly, only saw part of it as it's so big we plan on visiting a different section with each visit we make to the city.

It was our first time seeing The Moulin Rouge and next time around we hope to actually have time to catch a show.

We also stopped by Jim Morrison's tomb.

The mister is sitting on the same steps as Owen Wilson in Midnight in Paris, waiting to be carried away to the 1920's.

When the clock struck midnight on NYE, we were reveling in Veuve Cliquot and this gorgeousness you see here.

So that is our trip in a teeny tiny nutshell.  It was nothing short of a spectacular trip and our best NYE yet!
